These studies involved a complete analysis of each facility's electrical and/or HVAC system(s). Areas analyzed included roofs, windows, skylights, building envelope, utility metering, lighting, electrical distribution, HVAC, motors, and special equipment (ie. all-electric kitchens, elevators, energy management systems, etc.). Energy conservation measures and, where applicable, complete system upgrades were recommended based on the results of each building analysis. Recommendations were described in detail, completed with cost estimates, payback periods and estimates of useful life.
