RAM-TECH was founded in 1989 in Syracuse, New York, and has expanded to its current staff of over thirty professional and technical individuals serving 3 office locations.  All of the Firm's offices are very accessible to major highways and airports. 

 

In 1998 RAM-TECH opened a second office in Buffalo, New York in order to serve new and existing clients in Central and Western New York.

 

In 2001 RAM-TECH opened RAM-TECH Engineers Inc., located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania which enabled us to serve our expanding client base in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.

 

RAM-TECH Engineers specializes in providing heating, ventilating and air conditioning, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, security, telecommunication and special systems engineering. The Firm's capabilities and significant expertise in these areas includes the preparation of facility surveys and evaluations, energy audits, master plans, engineering, final design, cost estimating, construction review and construction administration. Clientele include Federal, State and Local Governmental agencies, health care facilities, correctional facilities, schools, colleges, industry and commercial businesses. Our team is dedicated to creating sustainable buildings by optimizing energy performance, building automation system design, advanced mechanical, electrical and plumbing design and commissioning of the systems for total building effectiveness.  The Firm provides quality engineering while meeting client schedules and budgets. We are focused in a collaborative team effort to create buildings that are environmentally responsible, profitable and healthy places to live and work.  Our ability to meet, and often exceed, our clients' needs is demonstrated by having over 80% of our work from previous clients.

 

The Firm’s principals are Mr. Ravi Raman, Mr. Anthony J. Borick, Mr. Mark E. Silks and Mr. Michael D. Rogalski.   The professional and technical staff they direct consists of thirty experienced individuals, licensed professional engineers and LEED™ Accredited Professionals, each well qualified in their respective fields of expertise.
